Applesauce Cake Mix

Combine with 1/3 C. stick butter, 1 C. gluten free applesauce & 1/3 C. + 2 T. water.

Cook time: 30-35 minutes at 350*

Banana Cake Mix

Combine with 1/2 C. stick butter, 1/4 C. gluten free sour cream, 1 C. ripe, mashed bananas, 1 t. vanilla extract & 1/8 C. water. (see product package for frosting recipe)

Cook time: 25-30 minutes at 350*

Blueberry Coffee Cake Mix

Combine with 1/4 C. stick butter, 4 oz. cream cheese, 1 t. vanilla, 3 T. water, 1 1/2 C frozen blueberries & cinnamon sugar for garnish.

Cook time: 50-60 minutes at 350*

Chocolate Cake Mix

!

Combine with 1/4 C. oil, 1/2 t. vanilla extract, 1/2 C. water & 1/2 C. piping hot coffee.

Cook time: 20-30 minutes at 350*

Chocolate Chip Cookies Mix

!

Combine with 1 C. stick butter, 2 eggs, 1 t. vanilla extract & 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Cook time: 10-12 minutes at 375*

Fig Cake Mix

!

Combine with 1 C. fig preserves, 3 eggs, 1 1/4 C oil, 1/4 C. gluten free sour cream, 1 t. vanilla extract & 1/2 C water. (see product package for frosting recipe)

Cook time: 30 minutes at 350*

 

Pumpkin Cake Mix

!

Combine with 1/2 C oil, 2 eggs & 1 C. canned pumpkin. (see product package for frosting recipe)

Cook time: 25-30 minutes at 350*

Shortbread Cookies Mix

Combine with 3/4 C. butter & 1/2 t. vanilla extract. (Optional: powdered sugar for garnish)

Cook time: 15-20 minutes at 350*

Vanilla Cake Mix

Combine with 9 T. unsalted butter, 3 eggs, 3/4 t. vanilla extract, 1/2 C. & gluten free sour cream. (Optional: lemon zest)

Cook time: 40 minutes at 350*
