Cheesy Ham & Potato Soup

Combine with 5 C. water, 2 lb. frozen cubed hash browns, 3 C. diced ham & 16 oz. Velveeta cheese.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Shellfish Bisque

Combine with 5 1/2 C. milk, 1 lb. frozen pre-cooked shrimp, 8 oz. crab meat & 1/2 C. butter.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Tomato Basil Soup

Combine with 6 C. water, 1 1/2 C. heavy whipping cream, 5 T. butter & 1 can crushed tomatoes.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.
