Beef Tamale Soup

Combine with 7 C. water, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can red enchilada sauce & 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

Combine with 6 C. water, 3 C. milk, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. Velveeta cheese & 6 T. butter.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Cheeburger, Cheeburger Soup

Combine with 7 C. water, 1 lb. hamburger, 1/4 C. ketchup, 1 C. heavy whipping cream & 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Chicken & Dumplin' Soup

Combine with 9 C. water, 2 C. cooked or canned chicken, 5 T. butter & 10 flour tortillas.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Chicken Enchilada Soup

Combine with 7 C. water, 2 C. cooked or canned chicken, 10 oz. red enchilada sauce & 16 oz. Velveeta cheese.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Velveeta until melted. Makes 7-8 servings.

Chicken, Mushroom & Rice Soup

Combine with 9 C. water, 3 C. cooked or canned chicken, 4 T. butter & 1 C. heavy whipping cream.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Fiesta Corn Chowder

Combine with 3 cans cream style corn, 1 can green chilies, 3 T. butter & 4 C. milk.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.

Ham & Black-eyed Pea Soup

Combine with 4 C. water, 2 C. diced ham, 3 cans black-eyed peas & 1 can diced tomatoes.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Italian Chili

Combine with 6 C. water, 1 lb. ground beef or sausage, 1 can kidney beans & 1 can diced tomatoes.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Combine with 4 large potatoes (baked, peeled and mashed), 3 C. milk, 10 C. water, 1/2 C. butter, 2 C. cheese shreds, bacon (cooked and crumbled).

Whisk over medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Garnish with bacon. Makes 8+ servings.

Shellfish Bisque

Combine with 5 1/2 C. milk, 1 lb. frozen pre-cooked shrimp, 8 oz. crab meat & 1/2 C. butter.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 7-8 servings.

Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo

Combine with 9 C. water, 1 lb. ground sausage, 1 lb. frozen pre-cooked shrimp & 1 can diced tomatoes.

Combine with 6 C. water, 3 T. butter, 2 C. cooked or canned chicken, 2 T. lime juice & 1 can diced tomatoes.
